14 DAY RETURN POLICY
- We accept returns on all items (except items marked "Final Sale") within 14 days from time of delivery.
- After 14 days, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges.
- Items must be unworn and have all original tags attached and shoebox included.
- If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
- If the item that you wish to exchange for is in stock, we will gladly process the exchange for you. If the item is not available, your return will be processed as a store credit.
- All returns must be authorized by J.J. Gray. Please email us at email@example.com to request a RMA#.
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to the original form of payment.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the return to post on your bank statement.
- Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the purchaser's name, order number (if applicable) and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Refunds on gift returns will be processed as store credit. You may exchange for another item using this credit.
